Because our store offers freshly prepared food products and sealed glass-jar items, specific quality and safety regulations apply:
Inspection at Delivery: Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect package integrity upon arrival in front of the delivery agent.
Returns & Replacements: Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
The product jar or safety seal is broken/damaged upon arrival.
The incorrect item was delivered.
The product is damaged or spoiled due to transit issues.

Online Payment Refunds: Approved refunds for orders paid via SSLCommerz will be credited back to the original payment method (MFS account or bank card) within 5–10 business days, in accordance with banking and gateway processing timelines.
Non-refundable Scenarios: Products cannot be returned or refunded based on personal taste preference once opened or unsealed, provided the product delivered was fresh and non-defective.
