Return Eligibility

• Package Inspection: We strongly encourage customers to inspect their package at the time of delivery in front of the courier agent.

• Instant Return: If you notice outer physical damage, a broken glass jar, or an incorrect item upon delivery, you may refuse the package and return it immediately to the delivery agent.

• INSTANT Return Claim Window: If a defect is discovered after delivery, you must notify us instantly with proof of purchase and photographs/videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

• Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed cannot be returned due to food safety regulations (unless a quality defect is proven).

• Returns requested after 24 hours from delivery cannot be accepted.

• Returns based solely on personal taste preferences (provided the item is fresh, sealed, and prepared correctly) are non-returnable.
