How to Cancel an Order

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, call or WhatsApp our helpline at +880 1316-037788 with your Order ID.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been picked up by the courier service and dispatched, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

• If you cancel an order paid online via SSLCommerz before it is dispatched, a full refund will be initiated back to your payment account within 5–10 business days.

• If an order is canceled after dispatch or rejected at the doorstep without a valid defect, standard delivery fees (Inside Dhaka: ৳ 60 | Outside Dhaka: ৳ 120) may apply.
